A recent webinar called “The Science Of Sleep & Recovery” from CrossFit Health’s Dr. Allison Brager (Neuroscientist and Former CrossFit Games athlete) presented her study of how sleep deprivation will dramatically reduce your athletic potential.
So knowing that more sleep you can “bank” is better for your performance in the gym here is her suggested “Pre-Sleep Routine” and ideal bedroom parameters.
